My onboarding experience with BirdEye was incredible from start to finish. From our friendly sales rep, Emmerson, who didn’t pressure us at all into subscribing to the more expensive subscription - to our onboarding support/demo rep, Paritosh! BirdEye has been a company to work with. And a breath of fresh air after onboarding with so many other SaaS models solutions in the past that went.. not so great 😅
So far I am very happy with Birdeye! They provided a 3 day introduction to their platform and I was totally impressed with the process and the service. My onboarding representative was amazing. Great jump start to our reviews. Our customers love the easy workflow to find us on Google and leave a review. Originally we were doing this ourselves with limited success asking for reviews. I saw a competitor using Birdeye and they had Ana amazing number of reviews. So rather than trying to reinvent the wheel we pushed the Birdeye easy button and asked for help.
