RecommendedGreat local business that is very cost competitive with the big box stores. Installation tech was fantastic too. Love the new carpet!!
We have used Bisbee's over the years to replace carpet in various rooms. Adding together their responsive communication, reasonable quotes, and quality installers, we didn't think there was room for a company to get better. That is, until we found a flaw in our carpet years after installation. Scott brought out a manufacturers Rep and evaluated the piece. Bisbee's ended up replacing our carpet in that room at no charge to us. We will highly recommend, and will be going back again, to work with Bisbee's

I was looking for a specific color of carpet and Laurie was able to find me several samples to choose from. Installation was painless and the installer was friendly. The only thing I would suggest is a little more notice prior to the installation. We were just completing the painting when the installer called and said he would be there in 15 minutes!!

I chose Bisbee's over the other 2 places I asked for quotes. Scott knew exactly what I wanted and was able to help me pick out all the 4 types of flooring, shower/tub tile and accent for our new house. I came in with just a description of what I wanted for a floor and he was able to coordinate the whole house from that. Same with the 3 bathrooms. My daughter used Bisbee's Flooring Center to have new carpet installed and she raved about them. I was not in need of carpet but I did need window shades for my condo. They were phenomenal! Patient, informative and professional. I would highly recommend Bisbee's Flooring to anyone looking for carpet or window treatments....Don't let the name fool you!
Everyone at Bisbee's has gone above and beyond our expectations. They have wonderful customer service, and are always quick to respond to any emails or questions that we have. They recently tiled our backsplash in our kitchen, and we couldn't be happier! We are looking forward to having them serve our flooring needs next!
Laurie and Scott are always friendly, helpful and very honest . Working with them has always been a pleasure! Oh, and did I mention Dave? He's does a great job installing tile!
