Had a confirmed appointment, as did the other 4 people waiting, only to never have a person show up for Covid testing. Unprofessional and poor business ethics, considering all the forms of communication we were required to provide.
You have set up several testing sites, in my case around houston. These sites are ran poorly and inefficient. People are waiting outside in long lines at your mercy. You have upwards of 25 people waiting outside in some cases 3-4 hours to obtain a test. You then have people administering the test on themselves with minimal instruction. No communication and no purpose why you have an appointment site. How is this a service you are offering but a corral for more sick people to come. HORRIBLE IN ALL ASPECTS.
