I recently moved into a home in Crawfordsville and BK management has been nothing but fantastic resolving any issues that came up. They resolved all issues within a day or so and the communication was excellent. Terry came to service the Central Air unit and was fantastic! He does a wonderful job and is an excellent communicator. I am very pleased with BK and will recommend to others without hesitation!

Eric came in. Told me what had to be done the coil was frozen. He had to turn the heat on and unfreeze the cord and it works out. Great thank you Jesus.
