Black Bear Diner is one of my favorite places to eat. I love all decorations, all ware, pies, coffee and all food. I give it ☆☆☆☆☆. My family and I come this far just to eat. Our waiter Gerardo was awesome.

Much better that Sacramento location. Servers had a sense of humor as well
Hola soy de Guatemala y recién estuve en California y conocí el restaurante que esta en Arvin, el servicio de lo mejor, la comida super bien y el restaurante perfecto, pero también conocí el de Tarzana y la experiencia fue totalmente diferente el servicio nada bueno desde el gerente en adelante, la comida no debería de cambiar pero en este caso cambio dramáticamente, no me dieron lo que pedí y la calidad por los suelos.
