In 1995 founders Bruce Dean and Bob & Laurie Manley opened the first Black Bear Diner in Mt. Shasta, CA. I only found out about this dining delight place back in Mid July and I have been a constant patron of Black Bear Diner ever since, on a average 3-4 times a month, more so when my lady friend visits me from Los Angeles. From the minute we got their to the time we exited, everything was absolutely amazing. While we enjoyed our dinner, we are surprised that the menu doesn’t include chili. Please add it soon.
Fish and chicken were dry.
