We never got our food we waited an hour before I said something and all we got were excuses. 3 other tables had sat and ate after us and the waitress didn't even try to do anything about our food she told the manager he just told them that they had 3 min to make our food and 1 of our orders was a steak after hearing that we didn't want to eat so we left . It would have been nice of the manager to come talk to us or to apologize to make us want to try again but he didn't and acted like he could care less so we won't be going ... read more
Went here with some friends for dinner and the food was amazing! Lots of options and the prices were great. Some things I didn't like were the menus, they were a little difficult to read. I know they're relatively new to this area and have some kinks to work out, but the food service was sloooow. There were tables that came 20 mins after we did getting food first and I don't think that was right. Waitresses weren't quick to refill drinks or respond with a request.
Sad to say , they lost our order and it took over an hour to get eggs ... really! !! I really wanted it to be great. Wasn't too happy, esp. Since we had a deadline to meet.

Please stop being clever. I just woke up and I don't need you handing me some weird looking 2 page newspaper dated 1955 that's secretly the menu. Print it on a piece of paper and laminate it like a normal restaurant. I'm a truck driver not a CIA code cracker. Having said that, I was a little annoyed that my OJ was room temp until all the flavor hit me and I realized this is fresh squeezed. You're batting .500 right now, Black Bear Diner.
