In 1995 founders Bruce Dean and Bob & Laurie Manley opened the first Black Bear Diner in Mt. Shasta, CA. great food, reasonable price & serving size was very filling. My waitress was very friendly & I especially enjoyed my entre & dessert. Banana pudding mmmmmm.
