Black Bear Diner is one of our favorite places. We love the atmosphere, from the bear decor to the way the friendly staff makes one feel welcome and at home. The portion sizes are a thing of legend; one meal is a meal for now, plus a meal for later. They are the best place I've found for delicious biscuits (and they're huge, and always perfect). The strawberry shakes are the best in town. My whole family loves Black Bear Diner.
