We went on 9/11, we waited about 30min. Our waitress was great, and food came out fast!
I tried this place about a week after it opened and swore I'd never go back. I'm so glad I gave it a second try. They have really stepped up their game. Customer service was exceptional from the moment we entered . Waiter was awesome with just enough personality it make our trip enjoyable Food came quick and was good. Manager visited table to make sure everything was good . I was very impressed with the obvious training that had taken place since my last visit . I honestly can't wait to go back.
Thank god we didn't have to come back 3 times for a great experience at the Black Bear Diner. Our first experience was horrible. Mr. Antonio asked me and the family for a second chance, today we took him up on his offer. Best food I've ever had. Just fantastic food, service and experience that anyone could ask for when dining out. Thankyou to the Black Bear Diner staff just a fantastic start to a great day. Hope to see you all soon.
