Was there on Saturday night and it was very busy. Had the Ribs and they were very very good but didn't like the veggies to much pepper need to go back to having green beans...also the service was great no complaints.
Walked in with 5 adults and a toddler on a busy Sunday evening. Got seated after a short wait. Great service, excellent food, all in all a pleasant dining experience.

It was very crowded on Sunday afternoon but the staff handled it well. The food was good, the service was excellent and we'll be back. I'd been to the original Black Bear in Mt. Shasta, California when it was fairly new. The best thing they've got going for them is their staff. There's good food available many places but customer service seems to get lost in the rush. Black Bear staff seem genuinely glad to have you in their restaurant. Thanks.....oh yes, great coffee!
