Two friends and I chose Black Bear Hanford for a quiet lunch. Arriving before the lunch crowd at 11:30 we placed our order, received our drinks and waited. After an hour with all around us receiving their food we asked about our order. Within minutes the manager, Annette Evangelho came to our table to apologize and comp our lunch. Everything and I mean Everything is good here! Large portions, Quality, and well-cooked food. Taste and value thru the roof. Highly recommend taking home a pie/carrot cake/cobbler. They are to die for. I visited the Laughlin location and ate there each day of our vacation (3 days) because it was so good! Also got some hot sauce to bring home, Thanks, Black Bear Diner!!! The food here is so good. Homemade . Luv this place. Friendly staff too.
We went to check out this place today, Christmas Day for an early lunch. Service was top notch and food was great. No more need for the trainers these guys and gals were pros!
