The wait was long. The food was not worth the wait. Waiters seemed overwhelmed and many things were forgotten even after reminders; i.e., ranch dressing, drink refills, napkins etc.

The food was okay the wait was ridiculous but I guess that's what happens when a new restaurant opens would go there again though

I've been going to Black Bear for years, so of course I was so excited to go to this Chino location, which is near me! I think after awhile it will get better, once the cooks, etc. learn everything and get in their groove. We went at 7 am on Sunday to beat the crowds. They messed up a few of our orders, but quickly fixed it. We are going to go back and have lunch or dinner because I like their later in the day food better than their breakfast. Hopefully they will get it together by then.

Was busy. Service was great, food was ok, I was expecting a little bit different. Corn bread was great, banana cream pie was disappointing, cream tasted thin and non dairy, no flavor in the white cream on top, filling did not have that many bananas. Biscuit and gravy was ok, but ran out of gravy long before biscuit ended. Had meatloaf..... Still wanted to be mindful they just opened 4 days ago and not to hit all the little things, just a couple of observations.
