RecommendedI've been waiting for a Black Bear Diner to open in my area. I usually eat at the Vacaville location which I love. I was there late in the evening on opening day. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly even though by then they were exhausted. I went back a week later on Monday night but the wait was 45 minutes.
