Worst service ever!! The manager George never even looked up from his computer. I’d also like to add that we are a military family, who has sacrificed for our country. We couldn’t even get breakfast. We walked in at 10am, 2 adults and 4 small children. We were told that we had a 20min wait. We sat there patiently while we watched several tables of 2 being seated. That came in after us. Partly wrong order (was given toast instead of biscuit), we were given no straws for drinks, and my friend had a big piece of twisted metal from the kitchen in her croissant and eggs. Food was meh...
The food is always good when the cooks pay attention to the wait staff. Tip your waiter even if the cooks can't get it right. It's not the waiters fault.
