The service was grest . The food was terrible and all we had were sandwiches. I had the Ruben but it was dry and no sauce .,It tasted like they put in oven to warm up . When I was asked how it was when I paid I told him but it's like he did not care or offer a discount. It was not cheap. So I called next day spoke to manager he offered two replacement meals and gave me his days he works ..
The worst of 30 BBD's I have visited and in my home city.
The food and service were real good, I loved our server my problem was the kitchen was very slow it took forever to get our food. It appeared they needed an someone to expedite the food to the tables as I would bet that part of our food was always taken for other tables.
Really bad service. Long wait. Liked the food but terriable service.
