I'm so happy to say that this time's experience at Black Bear diner was much much better than my last experience. It has been more than a month since I've been back because of a previous horrible experience with a hostess. I was just disgusted with the rudeness of a hostess. Amazing experience, great service. We are a group of 13 and one person got over done steak so they corrected it, then second time it came out almost raw. After the third time they got it right, and they reimbursed us for it. Stuff like that is bound to happen in a large group though. Other than that everything was amazing. Very kind people and they also do birthday singing with free ice cream for the birthday person. It was a great experience and a cozy place to eat.

Food has been very good all 4 times went. Tried a variety. Service has been good all but one time. Our waitress was awful but rest of staff made up for it.

Delicious food and amazing customer service. Our waitress was kind, funny, and truly cared about our experience. The serving sizes are huge! It's affordable as well. They have everything from breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The sweet cream pancakes were delicious I recommend!

It is really bad when you want a waffle and you have been told that the waffle maker is not working for the last 2-3 months so if I really wanted a waffle that I need to go find somewhere else that has a waffle iron that works I know that you are just saying that oh no not her again but if you want to know something's what is going on in your business this is the only way that I can think of to let you know We eat here everyday once or twice

I was at the bbd for lunch with my wife today. It took the server about nine minutes to great us. And it took 15 minutes to get our order after she placed the order. Her name is Neyeli F. Table # 33. The server only checked on us only once, and asked us how everything was. My wife had to get refills on our drinks. The server was nowhere to be found or she was visiting with someone else. I ate there recently and I am still wondering exactly what I was served. I ordered the chicken pot pie, when it was served I initially thought this looks ok. Then I started to eat it and it was so bad I actually almost threw up. I could find very little chicken or vegetables. It was almost entirely mushroom. i have never in my life had a chicken pot pie with mushrooms in it. A few mushrooms would have been ok but this was ridiculous. we ordered and everything was going well until they brought the wrong food and my steak wasnt cooked correctly we had already waited 30 mins for our food. not to mention I was kicked by one of the staff that was cleaning cuz she wasn't paying attention. ambience was fine. But I won't be coming back.
