I lived in Gridley ca, for most of my life and we have a Blackbear Diner there as well, I was so surpised to see one in Gilbert. I went there yesterday for my birthday with my mother in law and it reminded me of home. It was perfect. The portions were huge and as we were paying they gave me a free pie for my birthday!!! Absolutely fantastic. My mother in law's birthday is tomorrow *hint hint*

Amazing diner! Loyal and polite staff, and quick service with awesome food. We had Johnathan as our waiter and before we even had to flag him down for anything, he was at our service.
