Great food! But the service we received from Jonathan was simply outstanding. He is excellent at his job and taking care of the tables. He will be the reason we return even more so than the great food. Kudos to Black Bear for employing awesome people. Jonathan you ROCK!!!

First time and we are in love with this place. Excellent food and service .
I've always been fond of Black Bear Diner. The cooking itself is always wonderfully flavorful and the portions guarantee you don't leave hungry. It's a pity there isn't a Black Bear Diner in Tucson, AZ otherwise we'd be frequenting Black Bear MUCH more often. Gilbert is a good 120 miles from us and we unfortunately we're not able to come up here as often as we'd like. PLEASE open a location in Tucson!
