Stopped by Black Bear Diner on our way to Arrowhead Mall this morning. We had been passing by Black Bear for four years as we headed to other Valley locations. This time we decided to stop in for "brunch". The motif is decidedly bear like. Bears are everywhere. Friendly hostess welcomed us and asked if we were first time visitors and we told that indeed we were. She told that all food is available at all times, so breakfast, lunch, or dinner; no problem. My family and I ate here for the first time yesterday and it was amazing! The service was quick and friendly, the food was delicious and the portions were VERY generous! We will definitely be coming back soon!
RecommendedOutstanding. Great food, great prices, large portions, friendly staff, prompt service, and especially the beary good pies. Sometimes there's a crowd waiting for a table but it's definitely worth the wait...and the place is so large that the wait is not usually as long as you'd think it would be. Also if you join the rewards club, once in every few visits you get rewarded with $10.00 off your check. Not a bad deal! Try it, you'll like it!
Our favorite place to pop in and have a delicious meal at anytime during the morning for breakfast, a quick and great lunch or dinner. Hopefully, one day, we will leave enough room for s dessert! The servers are very personable and are always smiling and friendly.
