A couple of people came in after us and somehow got their food 15 minutes before us. To top it off our waitress (Desiree) had a major attitude and when I mentioned it to the manager she came over and tried to apologize all while still having a sarcastic tone. I am sorry but when you work in customer service it is VERY unprofessional to show your frustration to your customers....period!!!!! A friend of mine was banned from the restaurant because their kid got crayon on the plastic dividers. He stopped his kid when he noticed it was happening and apologized to the manager. Yet he was still asked not to return. Black Bear supplies the crayons! I was under the impression that this was a good place to bring the family but apparently that isn't the case.
This afternoon, I simply ordered-to-go three cheeseburgers with fries and two children's cheeseburgers with fries. I liked that customers were social distancing. Social distance markers were on the floor at the entrance. I could see through the kitchen window that all the cooks were wearing masks. Service was super food seemed premade and dishes up to order. Bacon was a beautiful brown but was the limpyest bacon I have ever ate. Was not impressed as a first time customer who had heard much better from others
