In 1995 founders Bruce Dean and Bob & Laurie Manley opened the first Black Bear Diner in Mt. Shasta, CA. I've eaten here a few times since I've had this extended stay in LasVegas. I love their waffles with their syrup on it. Best waffle and syrup ever. The bacon cheese burger I ate last night was so delish, very impressed with it . Real good meat cooked perfectly nice bun great French frys too. The server was Super too.
