Server was conscientious about the quality and temperature of the food. Every item had full flavor and was good portioned. We've been dining at Black Bear for years, but this was our first visit to this location. The restaurant was clean and well lit, not noisy at all. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was upto BB standards.

We sat down and weren’t greeted for 15 minutes. I saw other tables looking around for their server too. The manager came over and took our order. The food arrived. Eggs were overcooked for a Benedict. Nobody ever came back to our table to check on us or refill our drinks. Nobody dropped off our check. I was just so confused at how bad the service and the food was. Honestly, I could have left without paying and I don’t think anyone would have noticed. I had to wait at least 5 minutes at the front counter for the hostess to co... read more
