We were in Laveen visiting family for the Thanksgiving holiday and decided to take a break from the leftovers. Our server was so nice and very attentive, I can't remember his name but he really made us feel welcomed for first timers! Food portions were big and very filling. We didn't have to wait too long for our nice hot food to arrive at our table. We will definitely be going back , especially since we don't have a Black Bear Diner in San Diego.

The Burger was perfect. Ebony was attentive and knew exactly what we wanted.
Great food and way too much to eat. Staff and customers were all very friendly. We got there around 10:30 on Sunday and there was about a 45 minute wait. By noon it looked like the crowds were thinning. We also purchased two bear claws to go. They were fresh out of the oven and huge and delicious.
Fits perfectly in our cool and funky little town....where everyone knows each other! We went to Black Bear on Saturday for the first time and had a great experience! Such yummy food and excellent service! Brandon is a wonderful server. He treats your family like his family. We will be back! Welcome to our little corner of Phoenix. �
