My first time eating at Black Bear Diner and I was impressed. The service was great and our server was attentive without hovering. I ordered a Black Bear burger and it was amazingly good. The fries could've been crispier but I will definitely eat at Black Bear Diner the next time I see one. I give it a solid "B+"
I just wanted to give a big THANK YOU to the manager and waitress that set up and served us last night for my grandparents 68th Anniversary. We were a group of 30 and it went smoothly. (I am so sorry I didn't get the waitress's name) She was on it! We had a wonderful dinner and made wonderful memories at Black Bear Diner Los Banos!

Just wanted to give a shout out to your establishment. My husband and I dined there last night on our way home from the Bay Area. We had excellent service and great food. A special thanks to our server Fernando. He was very attentive and provided exceptional customer service. Employees like Fernando make a real difference for the better!
