Terrible experience dining in at this restaurant . The food was terrible and the “shift lead “ was SO rude , not helpful /personable/ nor did she care about the guests needs at ALL . I would never eat here again .
RecommendedWent in today and it was not very good at all. We waited an hour for food that was underseasoned and under cooked. We order grits that had, no flavor and were still hard. Asked for crispy bacon that came out after the rest of food and it was undercooked per our request. Waitress never even came back for a refill. I stopped to tell the staff at the front and her response was yea OK. I guess it will be awhile before coming back again. We go there ofter but it seems things have been moving down hill. Waiter was awesome. Not busy but time to get food was very long. Broccoli soup tasted like it was from Campbell’s microwave soup, steak tasted and looked like processed meat. Chicken was bland. overpriced for crappy food. Never going here again

I always feel like I'm away somewhere deep in the mountains in a countryside atmosphere. The staff fits the ambiance and the food was delicious.
