Walked in at 8 am walked out at 8:30. Coffee only refilled once. Been a regular customer for 10 years, never going back. The place is run down and filthy the employees act like they don’t want to be there. Since when do the cooks wear hoodies while they work?
My party of six never got served so we left and ate somewhere else we waited 15 minutes and still did not get any service. And no the were not busy at all. they need a new team because they won’t serve you unless your Caucasian. #blackbearnapaCA
Heard good things, but after 15 minutes I left with my party of 6. We were seated in the back, no air conditioning, no sever ever came to take our drink order or even acknowledged we were there. It was not busy and a couple was sat a few tables away and were given drinks within minutes and food order taken. I am visiting from Missouri and have not ever been ignored the way I was this evening. This was in Napa, CA.

Oh my gosh! The food is as good as the service and that is saying a lot. This place is fantastic.
I ordered steak and eggs and stressed medium rare. Came back way over cooked. I sent it back and the next one came back raw! WTF? How hard is it to cook a steak? Is there no words in Spanish for “medium rare? By the time my second steak came, my buddy finished his breakfast. So I went home and scrambled some eggs!
They are out of everything...burgers, chicken fried steak, fried chicken, green beans...horrible service too.

Rude server..cold food and raw food. As a server this had to be worst I've had. A not so Merry Christmas.
Ordered country fried steak for dinner wasn't to Impressed it was luke warm like it had been sitting there for awhile. Had brown gravy instead of white gravy and it wasn't very good. The only good thing was the corn on the cob. Don't like to complain but it wasn't very good. I've had better dinners there in the past. Maybe it will be better next time.
