In 1995 founders Bruce Dean and Bob & Laurie Manley opened the first Black Bear Diner in Mt. Shasta, CA. We went three times while in Sacramento California. All three times we had great food and service. Some of the dishes we enjoyed were the Volcano, Mushroom and Spinach Benedict and the French toast!!!!
