In 1995 founders Bruce Dean and Bob & Laurie Manley opened the first Black Bear Diner in Mt. Shasta, CA. Atmosphere is unique along with menu items. Interesting history. Some menu items are a bit too buttery for me but overall, a pleasant dining experience.
