In 1995 founders Bruce Dean and Bob & Laurie Manley opened the first Black Bear Diner in Mt. Shasta, CA. Great food and service! We are from Mt. Shasta and know the owners so when we are in an area that has a Black Bear, we eat there. We are in North Little Rock, Arkansas! Thanks to Bruce and Bobby for spreading their restaurants around the USA!

I went to breakfast with my sisters. We had a wonderful and delicious meal. I had the Egg Benedict with red potatoes, and fresh fruit. One sisters had eggs, pancakes, and ham. The other had eggs, bacon, red potatoes and biscuit. Everything we had was Great! We’ll be back. Service was excellent!
