My husband and I went here for the first time. I got breakfast and he got a burger. We also ordered corn bread which was really good, it had a hint of lemon which is nice. My breakfast was delicious, and the homemade syrup was good too. I was a little offput by the $1 added onto our bill for asking for a little cheese on my eggs, but whatever. My husband said his burger was average. I'd come here again for breakfast! Service was sub-par. We had to have other waitresses refill our water because ours was MIA most of our visit.
Yummy food. The staff are very friendly. I got French toast,scrambled eggs,bacon. It was yummy. My hubby got meatloaf. He liked his. Definitely be back.

I had a great experience at the Black Bear Diner. My girlfriend and I were noticed and seated within a couple of minutes when we walked into the diner. The waiters were quick to ask for drinks and bring them out, very helpful with the listed dishes and our questions with them, and when we ordered it seemed to only take about 10 - 15 minutes to receive our food! Took awhile to get this place to get off the ground. The service was about the worst you could expect and they always ran out of whatever i ordered. Lately the servers are very courteous and great. help and total atmosphere has major improved. Big selection of food and its hot when i get it. Great employees like AJ, Michael, and Diana c.
