My family and I just left Black Bear Diner, and I just have to say we had the best experience. Our server, Laura, was absolutely fantastic! She was so on top of everything, we didn't have to ask for anything at all, because she was right there with anything we needed. We even talked to the manager because she did such a great job. We were really impressed with her and will definitely be back! Thank you, Laura!! Oh, and the food was great, too.
The food was awesome. Huge portions. Fast and delicious. Dan our server was attentive, friendly and well informed on the menu. Dan gets 5 stars from us.
We've had the opportunity to visit a few times and our most recent visit was by far the greatest experience we have had at a restaurant. Our server Tony(Anthony) was just incredible! He went above and beyond and paid attention to every little detail to make our dining experience lovely! His service deserves more than 5 stars! :) Oh and the food is absolutely amazing, we have never had cold food. It has always been just great! :)
We came in tonight for the first time. WOW!!!! THE FOOD WAS GREAT and the service at the bar from JONATHAN WAS AWESOME! ! He took such great care of us! The meals are generous portions and the price was super reasonable. We will totally be back and we will ask to be served by Jonathan again!
It was amazing! The soup, the sandwich, the pies, coffee Oh , the steak! Everything was just delicious.
Best pancakes I've tasted! The sausage was delicious too.
