I must say this restaurant was great, good food, excellent workers especially a young gentleman named Edgar. When we walked in he greeted us with a big smile and constantly making sure we had everything we needed he had such a great attitude. This says a lot about the manager and all the great people that work there. Keep up the good work and thank you.
I want to share my positive review for this location in Palmdale Black Bear. Very grateful for this whole year we were able to have our monthly meetings for gentlemen Bible study team and breakfast for all of us as well. Satisfying breakfast and nice smiles and friendly atmosphere with great attitude from manager and all the servers and team that helped us in all ways. Grateful for this establishment in all great areas.Has been a great year.
We had a great experience at Black Bear Diner! The food was absolutely amazing, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. A special shout-out to Cynthia , who took exceptional care of us--she kept our coffees full and provided truly outstanding service. If you're in Antelope Valley , definitely check out Black Bear Diner.
My sister and mom wanted to visit Black Bear. We haven’t been able to come before until last Monday. Jayden the host was promptly to help us out with some gifts we wanted to take back to Idaho. She was very nice. The food was excellent from the Shasta burger to the pot roast meal. Very satisfied.
Nice meal, Noemi is fast to help us, she is my favorite server. Brought us our hot breakfast, grits with pancakes and Shasta scramble with fresh orange juice was delicious.
Amazing staff we were able to get seated at the bar which i believe it to be the best seat in the house. This location has the hardest work staff l've ever seen at a Black Bear Diner. Shout out to Ashley & Brandon, they are on it 100 percent attention to customer service is impeccable! Best experience at Black Bear Diner ever!!! definitely will recommend this spot.
We visited Palmdale location last night, we were super happy with the food, fast sitting, clean restrooms, refills for our drink full the time, Guadalupe makes sure we are all well taken care of. The music makes this place feel like my hometown.
Very good meal, clean restaurant, nice and cozy atmosphere. Happy to have this place in town.
I wanted to say good job to you all. I come on Thanksgiving night and my turkey dinner was delicious with green beans and mash potatoes. Fresh salad and piece of pumpkin pie. Jessica was fast and friendly to help.
