Love this place. Food is always good and service is great. Denise has the best attitude, makes out visits a pleasure.
I went in for Mothers Day and my server Ingrid made all of our Mothers Day much more special. We all loved her down to earth just super sweet personality. She made us feel like we were family not just customers. We had 9 in our party and she didn't miss a beat. We were well taken care of, she never failed to check up on us and get us anything we needed. Ingrid was funny, kind, very sweet and also professional. We were craving a good old-fashioned diner breakfast--just a little later in the day--and remembered that Black Bear Diner serves breakfast all day. That alone already made the experience more fun and appreciated. We were a bit hesitant at first, since it was our first visit and we weren't sure what to expect. But honestly? You can never go wrong with eating at the Black Bear Diner. We were seated right away , all staff was friendly and attentive, the food had great portions, all food was cooked amazing and I wouldn't make any changes to what my husband and I ordered. And next time I'll be getting extra biscuits to go. Those are so fluffy , huge and just delicious.
