My wife and I absolutely LOVE black bear, I had oppritunity to meet the manleys in the Redding and mt Shasta restaurants while doing work there (I'm a plumber) we now live in Utah and can not say how awesome it is to have several awesome locations there to choose from, mostly Orem but all of them at least once!!!! Foods great and staff is usually wonderful.
Great chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and gravy. The mixed vegetables were great, too.

Food was very good, friendly staff and good service. The homemade biscuits are awesome!

I've been to five different ones. The orig in Mt Shasta is closest to home and my favorite. Redding, Sacramento and Medford gave great service Only once received poor service in Yreka Ca location but the food was still yummy
