I love the black bear in Long Beach unfortunately the one in Santa Ana has a ways to go to be at their level. The host was distant and seemed disconnected. He had us wait for a table when there were obviously tables open and we did not get seated until the waitress seated us. The waitress needs a little more training but I blame that management. The food was delicious, no complaints there.
