Went there yesterday 7/24/14. Went after work. Thought i was getting a really hot good meatloaf dinner. Service was good. 2bites of my corn muffin, got hard as a rock, green beans weren't very hot, mashed potatoes were ok. Meatloaf was ok. Then when i said my food got cold quick because the AIR CONDITIONER was TOO HIGH,his response was "Where's your jacket" , my jacket? Service was AWEFUL ! To start it off the restaurant was empty . We were like the forth table there and new people started arriving the got served before us and even got their to go boxes and left . We were still waiting. Our server noticed we were mad so she got the manager he didn't do much but apologized. Our waitress suggested we get free deserts . But the food was not great at all . We had another situation where our order was lost. We waited 20 minutes for our food before we were told that they lost our order. This is the second time in 3 months (2 visits in that time period) that they lost our meal order. The manager threw the waitress under the bus, but the last time it happened he was our server.
