Service was AWEFUL ! To start it off the restaurant was empty . We were like the forth table there and new people started arriving the got served before us and even got their to go boxes and left . We were still waiting. Our server noticed we were mad so she got the manager he didn't do much but apologized. Our waitress suggested we get free deserts . But the food was not great at all . Out of the handful of times that I've been here it was unfortunate to say that today was one of the worst services I have ever received here. I can't help but feel that our waiter is totally ignoring us or he isn't that good of a waiter . I watched as he would constantly go to every table and service them and all I wanted to just a refill on my drink to finish my food. The table next to us just got there haven't gotten any food yet but he's already been to their table with refills. I'm not one to wave a waiter down I feel t... read more

My best friend and I went recently to have breakfast together. Normally we have pretty good service(and food) but from the moment they took our names down to when we were seated it took over an hour. It was busy when we came in but they also said it would be a twenty minute wait. We witness quite a few people seated even after they came in much later then us. I used to recommend this place to everyone! When they first opened in Signal Hill I couldn't tell enough people, I brought customers and friends at every opportunity. But now the service is adequate, not stellar (guess we had the A team for the grand opening), and if they take anymore items off their menu, they'll only offer breakfast and burgers. Well the food was awsome but the waiter forget our food the drinks the service was awful didn't leave a tip this is the second time thay happens to us he order the wrong food for me and i guess he doesn't like latinos cause is happen twice to us we go cause we went to breakfast with fluffy 3years ago there !
