Once again absolutely fantastic. From decor to service the Signal Hill Black Bear is our favorite place to eat. Have yet to be able to eat the entire meal without bringing part of it home. It is always prepared to order, served promptly and hot, and huge portions with delicious flavor. The presentation on the plate in my opinion is an art form. You better be hungry when you eat at BLACK Bear the portions are huge the first time we ate there was in Washington state and I'm so glad THERE in southern California no prefab food every item taste like it was home made just for YOU and there prices are very low
