While everyone at Black Bear Diner Torrance is nice, we still call in beforehand to check and see if our favorite waitress, Tiffany M, is working the day we want to go in (OMG, actually seeing that in writing makes me look like a stalker!!). Dining out is not just about the food but the experience and we have come to associate her and her positive and nurturing personality with Black Bear.
