The service is great and the breakfast was outstanding. I recommend the Cornbeef&Hash.
Always wanted to try it and I finally did. It was perfect timing had time to kill in the morning and sat down to have my chicken fried steak and eggs delicious. Very hospitable and comfortable. I loved there Papa hot sauce brought one for my home.
Great food and plenty of it! I had bad experience at another black bear restaurant, but this made up for it!!
My husband loves the variety and I love the harvest pancakes--ya gotta try them! Their Sunday breakfast staff is full of smiles and work together to get your food out to you fast; and our waitress visited often enough to check on our first and last bites, offering more hot water every time & boxes to go when we looked full. Their fresh orange juice and variety of teas always satisfy. We usually have leftovers and those harvest pancakes make a lovely sandwich the next day:). We'll be back!
