After friends recommended the Black Bear Diner we went today for a quick lunch/late brunch and it was great! I have a ton of annoying dietary restrictions and our server Kristen and Manager Paul were sooo sweet and able to accommodate me absolutely perfectly, creating a meal option just for me and making sure there was no cross-contamination in the kitchen (shout out to the cooks and chefs!). It's not every day I get so much tasty compliant food specially tailored to my needs. Thank you and we will be back!
The manager Misti Cash truly knows what customer service is! Our waitress Yasmine Ochoa was amazing!!! These two ladies turned a very bad experience into a wonderful dining experience. Thank you both for caring about your customers. We will definitely be coming back!
