In 1995 founders Bruce Dean and Bob & Laurie Manley opened the first Black Bear Diner in Mt. Shasta, CA. atmosphere full of energy, staff on point. the food portions are huge but worth doggie bags to take left overs home. everything I observed coming out of kitchen looked awesome. am coming back.
