I was very impressed by the quality of employees that they hired. Our server was named India and she was wonderful made the whole night cheery. she seem to always be there whenever we needed something and was very cheerful when we ask for it. the food was superb and the portions were large. I also appreciated how will the building was built to calm down large noise. I could actually hear myself think. Delightfully experience we will be back. Linda King of Twin Falls Idaho

First time going to the twin falls black bear dinner and I have to say it was a truly amazing experience great food an incredible chicken soup obviously madeat the restaurant with fresh made pasta and nice sized pieces of what tasted like well seasoned baked chicken with a beautiful broth. the rest of the meal was equally well done with nice portions last but definitely not least by any means our server India was the perfect end to a beautiful day very happy and effervescent I've worked in customer service for many years b... read more

10 stars for our server Bridget, 3 stars for the food, and – 1 star for the management= Avg. 4 stars. If it wasn’t for the service it would have been a 2 overall. Seriously, the service was stellar. I have worked in the business and pay attention. She was taking care of everyone and seemed to be helping other tables that needed attention. Black Bear Diner was amazing ! Great food, great atmosphere, and our server was great thank you Dawna. I do have to say, their GM - Cindy was very rude! Our server was rudely yelled at while GM was cooking as there was a full house of people about they way she wrote down her order. The server replied, “ it was what the customers wanted.” As she continued on working and running around, the GM again came all the way from behind the kitchen to yell at her once more, but this time she stood about 2 inches from her face!! The food is wonderful. Our first visit to BB was Mt. Shasta, so we were excited to get BB here. The service is laxed. Our food stays on the warmer for so long it can be warm and they always forget something. Coffee we are lucky to get our second one after dinner. We keep going back to hopefully it would improve. My husband knows how much I love the food so he took me for my 70th 🎂 we had to wait for so long for our food. I would love to go back,but it needs to be better. We've decided this is our new favorite restaurant. Took my 88 year old dad there last night and he cleaned his plate (he never does that). We've tried dinner & breakfast, and have so many items we look forward to trying such add the tri-tip dip, chicken fried steak, & the cheeseburger deluxe salad. It is busy, and family friendly, but wait staff is excellent.
