Black Bear in Visalia have the Best General Mgr Robert Valasquez and Mgr Carlos. The staff is awesome, going out of their way to provide great service, good food, and warmest of welcomes. Receiving their smiles and hugs just brighten our days. Thanks guys...hugs to all.
The staff there is amazing!!! We go there a lot and they are amazing! During a recent visit I was having contractions while eating there and the staff kept checking on me to make sure I was ok. Needless to say when I got up to walk out my water broke. We returned after the baby was born and Carlos and the entire staff were thrilled to see the baby!
