We went for a birthday breakfast. The portions were so big that most of us ended up sharing our choices and still ended up full with a few leftovers. Added bonus of a dish of free ice cream(super yummy vanilla bean with whipped cream and rainbow sprinkles) for all birthday people. We had certain health problems in our party that meant we had to know ingredients(chicken and pork). Tasty food and friendly staff, my favorite is the gobbler sandwich
I am a veteran at The Black Bear Diner in WVC. I love my servers Jade, Rachael, and Jessica. They are always on top of their game. My Mom and I had lunch on Monday split a sandwich because the portions are huge and instead of fries we had side salads...Delicious...Thank you for making it a fun day for my mom and for me...Kudos Black Bear...�
The people at this diner are a pleasure to be around. Laughter is everywhere. Food was awesome and plentiful. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

My wife and I had the Big Grizz. Everything was excellent. Our pancakes weren't brought until we were ready to leave (they had a run on pancakes.�) They did however box the pancakes for us to take home. They were just as good at home!! Excellent wait staff.
Im seeing complaints about the wait staff. I thought ours did an awesome job. I love chicken parmesan but there was so much sause I couldnt taste the chicken. A little less sause and it would have been perfect. I will go again and try other things. There is for sure plenty of food for the price!
