RecommendedWe Had the best waitress, I believe her name was Carla she was, very helpful, understanding and very helpful she attended our family and made sure we were all taken care of even though they were busy she still made sure we weren't neglected or forgotten, we will be going back for sure!
We have visited several Black Bear diners in various states. This one is one of the smallest we've been too, that being said we had a wonderful server she was very attentive and friendly. I had the turkey club and my wife the bear paw both were done perfectly with the exception of my wife's corn muffin. It appeared that the muffin had sat in a warmer or under a lamp far too long. Our server offered to replace it. All told we will probably stop in the next time we're staying nearby.

By far the best experience so far. I have been a big critic of the service since this store opened. Today server Carlos made it a real pleasure to eat your wonderful food.
We came to the West Valley location, Trish was our server and she was fabulous. The food was delicious and Trish was so attentive and helpful; wonderful experience, we'll definitely be back. �
