Worst experience in a restaurant i have ever had. My wife and daughters food came out. Wifes food was completely wrong. 15 min later my food was still not on my table. First time i have ever had to cancel an order . Would really consider firing that kitchen staff. Maybe some real management would help...wish i could give it 0 stars!!

Today wasn't the best. We love it here but having to wait for so long for our food & for it to be cold (luckily my kid likes her mac n cheese this way) the sandwich to be dry & with a hair and to have to wait for drinks. Then to be snubbed by the manager wasn't ok. We waited for our sandwich & still didn't get it. The manager did comp the soup & sandwich but it was past the point. People who came after us were getting food before us. We were very unhappy.

My biscuit were hard and my gravy was cold. The chicken fried stake had an unpleasant taste to it. The service was great, but I will not have breakfast there again
Its gone downhill we all had upset tummy's and when I called and talked to the manager he said there was nothing he could do and sounded like he was calling me a liar...they lost my business for sure
They were very short staffed and the food was under cooked
For the first time ever at Black Bear Diner the service was crappy. The food did not taste the same. It was like everyone that was working that night did not want to be there and it showed. It was like we were an inconvenience to come in while they were playing games on their phones. We never got any refills on our drinks. And like I said the food tasted like crap we will never go to Black Bear Diner in Woodland California
Service was ok got under cooked eggs ordered a biscuit with breakfast never got it.
