First time to Black Bear Diner, loved the look of the restaurant and the menus, friendly staff and great food. Next time the wife and I go we are taking the kids as well.

Second time eating at this restaurant, food is delicious and portions are more than sufficient. Both times we've been here we've taken leftovers which were then used for dinner. Food is great environment is great, the many detailed displays are satisfying to the theme and pleasing to the eye. And quick shot out to our server Terra, she makes every visit entertaining, gives welcome advice simplifying choices, great service with pleasant conversation.
I truly enjoy eating breakfast at BBD. Coffee is hot and strong. Food is at perfect temperature and delicious. Staff is polite and friendly. The fur bear is a treat too.
Well, not as good as it usually is. We were told the truck hadn’t made it in yet due to the fires up in NorCal but as soon as we left, there was the truck rolling in. Food was still good but they just didn’t have a full stock up for choices. We’ve been to a few of the other sites, mainly the Barstow location and after a while, those folks were up and running tip top! We’ll go back because we like it there but I’m just being honest.
