I was at the sneak peak event and I have to say that it was such a great experience, the food was delicious and well served, the staff super nice and attentive. I do want to share something that I found very nice, there was this couple in front of us waiting to get in, they thought the restaurant was already open and did not have the sneak peak event reservations, but the hostess was so kind and told them "there's no way I'll let you go after you drove all the way over here, come on in, you're my guest" and in they went, I t... read more
My guest and I had a great time at the Black Bear Diner sneak peek event. The staff was so great and friendly. The food was fantastic and the portions were HUGE! We had breakfast, but it was cool to learn that their entire menu (except baked potatoes) is available all day long. So, I could get a hamburger for breakfast. Yummy! They passed out samples of their lava cake... soooo good! And they have pot pie. Sometimes, I just want me a pot pie. Now I can haz one. <g>
Great breakfast. Huge portions. All the staff was cream of the crop!!!! Will definitely be going back! I'd give more than 5 stars if I could.
